BILLING TERMS & RETURN POLICY

We at Peta Internet Business services («MyPETAhost») believes in helping all customers as far as possible, and has consequently prepared a thoughtful refund and cancellation policy. There may be some case of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Domain Name Registration Services: Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be «Mycancelled» until the duration of the domain term has expired. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) organization and we do not have any control over.

Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting, domain registration, dedicated server, VPS, CDN services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.

Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

No cancellations are entertained for those services that the MyPETAhost had offered on promotional offer/special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions.

Services will automatically renew until a service is cancelled. If you do not wish to renew your Monthly or Annual Service agreement you must cancel your account by sending an email to us.

MyPETAhost also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.

REFUND POLICY

We will try our level best to offer quality services that matches for our customers.

In case, any customer is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take maximum of 7 working days to process and it will be refunded in your account either by Account Credits or direct deposit in your bank account.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same Bank account.

Domain Name Registration/Domain Transfer or other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

There are no refunds on dedicated servers, VPS`s, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 30 days non-conditional money back period will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.

Taxes can't be refunded by us as they are deposited directly at the end of each month, however it might be possible to reclaim those directly from the government.

Domain registration fees are non-refundable. The customer owns the domain and in case of cancellation can transfer the domain to another registrar if he wishes to.

Webhosting fees are non-refundable. The customer owns the hosting space and in case of cancellation can still continue to use it if he wishes to.

Payments for account addons (SSL certificate, static IP etc) are non-refundable as they are included only during the life of the hosting plan.

If a customer contravenes Inside Softwares terms of service, a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Bandwidth no refund for any unused bandwidth. A customer whose account exceeds the included bandwidth will be required to pay any additional bandwidth accrued.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

No refund on any additional or optional services or features added from the Control Panel by the customer.

Customers switching from one MyPETAhost package to another MyPETAhost package shall be deemed to have exhausted the 30-day period, and are no longer eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.

Each customer can only use the Money Back Guarantee once, and for only one account, unless otherwise expressly provided with respect to a specific purchase.

The 30-day money back guarantee does NOT apply to software.

Any customer who has breached or whose account has been suspended or terminated due to the breach of any part of the MyPETAhost General Terms of Service & Acceptable Usage Police & Privacy Policy has automatically forfeited the right to use the MyPETAhost Money Back Guarantee.

BILLING TERMS

The Customer is responsible for any and all fixed and accumulative charges for their account as, defined in the current MyPetaHost price list.

The account setup fee and first month (30 days) service are charged immediately upon the execution of this Agreement. Once the Customer`s Server is installed and operational, the thirty (30) day period begins. Thereafter, hosting fees are billed on a monthly basis. The first such invoice may include appropriate charges or credits to prorate the service period to the end of the month. Incidental support or additional fees will be charged as the service is performed.

Invoices for Hosting Services are invoiced and payable in advance for the term of the Hosting Services. Hosting Services are subject to suspension for any account thirty (30) or more days past due and become subject to a re-activation fee. MyPetaHost may impose a late charge on invoiced amounts over 30 days outstanding equal to 1.5% per month of the unpaid until the entire balance is paid in full.

MyPetaHost agrees to notify Customer at least ninety (30) days in advance of any price increase which affects any services provided to Customer under this Agreement.
